Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver free of charge to all 27 EU member states. We do not ship outside the EU at the moment.

How long does delivery take?

Our notebooks, planners and cards are printed to order in Germany and usually arrive within 5–7 working days. Desk goods come from our partner’s warehouse outside the EU and usually arrive within 7–15 working days. Each product page shows its delivery time, and you receive a tracking link by email.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return anything unused for a full refund. Write to us with your order number and we will send instructions.

Will fountain-pen ink bleed through your notebooks?

Our notebooks use 90–120 gsm paper chosen to take fountain-pen ink. Very wet nibs and broad italic nibs can show through thinner sheets; each product page lists the paper weight.

Is there a guarantee?

Every item carries the two-year EU legal guarantee. If something is faulty, write to us with a photo and we will put it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet. If an order is a gift, add a note at checkout and we will leave the price off the delivery note.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard at checkout. Card details are handled securely by our payment provider and never reach us.
